EFT -  Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique provides a tool to achieve immediate relief from fear, cravings, anxiety, any kind of distress or mental blockage.

A highly effective practice, EFT uses the fundamental connection between the mind and the body by tapping into the pain and hence releasing the stored emotions in the body.

What is EFT ?

The body has meridians or energy points through which the life energy or Chi moves, that can be physically simulated to direct any unwanted or harmful feelings out of our minds. The healing begins with a verbal declaration of the complete acceptance of the problem one is facing.

While saying the sentence aloud, you tap the specific energy points in the body, often moving from our hands to our face and neck. It is very similar to what is done in acupuncture, however, with EFT you need only tap with your fingers.

For whom is EFT beneficial?

Eft can be introduced to kids as well. Be it fear, anger, restlessness, the regular practice of EFT can bring a huge shift.

How is the EFT session done?

A usual EFT session lasts for 30 minutes, where I ask the issue, understand what/how it is affecting and then do the EFT with the seeker. The session can be done on a zoom/whatsapp video interface.

Client feedback

"On one occasion few days back, I suddenly had a strong feeling of not being good enough. I felt as if I didn't deserve good things in life. My role is just to be enough. I was facing a lot of trouble with accepting the past and moving forward. I felt that all those feelings of not being good enough is holding me back as if weights are attached to my wings to keep me from flying.

I consulted with Himadri and she suggested an EFT session. 10 min into the session and I felt so much lighter. After the session, the problem didn't seem that big anymore to me. I have been doing the EFT every now and then to completely free myself of this thought of being undeserving and I can see progress."
